Registration Fees are as follows:
• $325 Tackle Football
• $300 Cheer

Fundraiser Fees:
• $100 Raffle Fundraiser (All Participants)
• $120 Candy Fundraiser (New Participants, Legacy Participants are exempt from February 1st - April 4th)

Optional Fees:
• $100 Volunteer Buyout Option (Parents must volunteer 1-2 hrs during season or select Volunteer Buyout Option)
• $100 Candy Buyout Option (Candy Fundraiser Exemption)

Sibling Discount – A sibling discount is available to families with more than one child participating in our football and cheerleading programs. To receive the sibling discount, you’ll pay full price for the first child and each additional football or cheer participant will be discounted as follows:
• 2nd Child – $25 Off Registration Fee (All Fundraisers Apply)
• 3rd Child or More – $245 Off Registration (No Fundraisers)

PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total Registration and Fundraiser fees online upon conclusion of registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or E-Check bank account. A non-refundable processing fee will apply (see below)

PAYMENT PLAN/INSTALLMENTS: Registration and Fundraiser Fees are divided into five (5) installments at the conclusion of the registration session via Visa, MasterCard or Discover or E-Check bank account. The initial payment will be the $150 Minimum Non-Refundable Registration Deposit. The remaining funds will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on March 1st, April 1st, May 1st, June 1st, and July 1st, 2020 (12-day grace period for payment). A non-refundable processing fee will apply (see below)

Please Note: A non-refundable system usage processing fee will be charged on top of registration and fundraiser fees. This fee is collected by the Stack Sports, not SCYFA. The fee is 3.6% of each registration total if paid in full. If you are choosing to pay the 5-month payment plan/installments, the 3.6% + $2 fee will be charged for each payment. So, you will be paying approximately $10 more to use the payment plan/installments.


Minimum Non-Refundable Registration Deposit $150* Payable at the time of sign-up to secure your child’s roster spot and team placement. To make the $150 Minimum Registration Deposit, you must select “Pay Offline” on the final checkout screen and complete registration process.

Then, return to the “Member Account Home” and select the “Pay Now” option to be able to enter and pay the $150 Non-Refundable Registration Deposit. Remember, the $150 Minimum Registration Deposit must be completed to secure your child’s roster spot.

Volunteer Deposit $150.00* Payable with a postdated check (12/1/2020) on Equipment Pick-up Day (not when you register). This check is NOT CASHED and will be either shredded or returned to you on Equipment Return Day with the fulfillment of volunteer duties.

Equipment Deposit $100.00* Payable with a postdated check (12/1/2020) on Equipment Pickup Day (not when you register). This check is NOT CASHED and will be either shredded or returned to you on Equipment Return Day with the return of all equipment.

SCYFA is proud to team up with the MADLINEMAN Foundation to bring you some great youth football camp offerings. Camps are not mandatory, but serve to establish, maintain, and improve your child's athletic ability and football skills.
